步骤

1. 配置聊天触发器

   在 n8n 中添加「When chat message received」节点作为工作流入口。无需额外参数，保持默认即可通过聊天界面或 Telegram 触发。发送示例消息如：「为极简香薰品牌制作一条冷静美学的 Reel」。

2. 配置 AI 视频提示词生成节点

   添加 OpenAI 节点（AI Video Prompt Agent），模型选择 gpt-4。system 提示词负责将用户输入转换为适合 Veo3/Seedance API 的视频生成提示词。要求输出控制在 100 词以内，仅返回纯提示词文本，不含额外解释或格式。

3. 配置 Veo3 视频生成与结果轮询

   依次添加并连接以下节点： 1. HTTP Request 节点（Veo3 Video Generator）：POST 到 https://api.wavespeed.ai/api/v3/google/veo3-fast，body 包含 aspect_ratio=9:16、duration=8、enable_prompt_expansion=true、generate_audio=true，prompt 取上一步 AI 输出。 2. Wait 节点：等待 30 秒。 3. HTTP Request 节点（HTTP Get Request）：GET https://api.wavespeed.ai/api/v3/predictions/{{ $json.data.id }}/result，使用 httpHeaderAuth 凭证。 4. If 节点：判断 data.status 是否等于 processing。若为 true，进入「Wait 30 Secs」节点再次等待 30 秒后回到 HTTP Get Request 重新轮询；若为 false，进入下一步。 注意：两个 Wait 节点均配置为 30 秒固定延迟。

4. 配置标题生成节点

   添加 OpenAI 节点（Caption Agent），模型选择 chatgpt-4o-latest。system 提示词指定为 Instagram 标题撰稿人，风格 playful and impactful。输入内容引用 AI Video Prompt Agent 生成的视频提示词，输出配套标题。

5. 记录到 Google Sheets

   添加 Google Sheets 节点（Google Sheet Ready To Post），操作选择 Append。配置 documentId 和 sheetName 指向你的跟踪表格。写入字段包括：Video Description / Prompt（来自 AI Video Prompt Agent）、Video URL (google drive)（来自 If 节点的 data.outputs[0]）、Caption（来自 Caption Agent）、Status 设为「Ready to Post」。表格列名需与节点 schema 一致。

6. 上传媒体并发布到 Instagram

   依次配置： 1. Edit Fields 节点：来源中 jsonOutput 为 {}，可能为占位，建议根据实际需要补充字段映射或保持原样。 2. HTTP Request 节点（Upload Bloatato）：POST https://backend.blotato.com/v2/media，body 参数 url 取 Google Sheets 中的 Video URL (google drive)。 3. HTTP Request 节点（Publish to IG）：POST https://backend.blotato.com/v2/posts，JSON body 包含 Instagram 目标平台、标题文本（Caption.toJsonString()）、媒体 URL（上一步返回的 url）、以及 accountId（必须将 {{ YOUR_INSTAGRAM_ID }} 替换为你的实际 Instagram 账号 ID）。 4. Google Sheets 节点（Google Sheets1）：操作选择 appendOrUpdate，matchingColumns 设为 Video URL (google drive)，将 Status 更新为「Posted」。

你正在搭建一个 n8n 工作流，用于从聊天消息自动生成 Instagram Reels。请先确认以下前置条件：
- 拥有可访问的 n8n 实例（云或自托管）
- 已配置 openAiApi 凭证（GPT-4 访问权限）
- 已配置 httpHeaderAuth 凭证（Wavespeed API 密钥 + Blotato API 密钥）
- 已配置 googleSheetsOAuth2Api 凭证
- 已创建 Google Sheets 跟踪表，列名为：Video Description / Prompt、Video URL (google drive)、Caption、Status
- 已获取 Blotato 的 Instagram accountId

确认后，按步骤依次导入 workflow.json 或手动创建节点，重点检查：
1. AI Video Prompt Agent 的 system prompt 是否完整复制
2. Veo3 Video Generator 的 body 参数（aspect_ratio、duration、prompt 变量）
3. HTTP Get Request 的 URL 模板与轮询逻辑
4. If 节点的条件（data.status equals processing）
5. Caption Agent 的 system prompt 与模型选择
6. Google Sheets 节点的 documentId、sheetName、字段映射
7. Publish to IG 节点中 accountId 替换为真实值

建议先用测试消息触发一次完整执行，检查 Wavespeed 返回结构与 Google Sheets 写入结果。
