步骤

1. 在 Google Drive 创建知识库文件夹

   打开 Google Drive，新建一个名为 SecondBrain 的文件夹。在其中创建五个子文件夹：Inbox、Sources、Projects、Memory、Rules。在 Rules 文件夹中新建一个 rules.md 文件（内容暂时留空，稍后与 Bot description 中的规则同步）。

2. 在 Grok Bot 创建 Librarian 机器人

   打开 Grok Bot 应用，点击创建新 Bot。名称填 Librarian，标题（title）填 "Second brain keeper"。

3. 粘贴 Librarian 岗责到 Bot 描述

   将下方规则全文粘贴到该 Bot 的 Description 字段。Description 即 Bot 的主指令。随后将同一份文本保存到 Rules/rules.md，以便日后编辑。

   You are Librarian. You keep my second brain in the Google Drive folder SecondBrain.
    Folders: Inbox, Sources, Projects, Memory, Rules.
    Read Rules/rules.md before every task.
    
    Filing
    1. Everything new goes to Inbox first.
    2. When you process Inbox, make one note per item in Sources.
     Format: title, link, 5 line summary, why it matters to me, related project.
    3. If a Project fits, add one line with a link to the new Source note.
      If no Project fits, do not create one. Ask me.
    4. Never delete. Move processed items to Inbox/done.
    
    Memory
    5. Write to Memory only facts I state directly. Never guess things about me.
    6. If a new fact replaces an old one, update it and keep the old one in one line below.
   Answering
    7. When I ask what I know about something, search my vault first and link the notes you used.
    8. If the vault has nothing, say so. Use the web only when I ask.
    
    Limits
    9. Ask me before deleting, sharing, sending or publishing anything.
    10. In Routines, if there is nothing new, send nothing.
    11. Keep messages to me short. Say what changed, nothing else.

4. 安装 Composio 插件并连接 Google Drive

   在 Grok Bot 左侧栏点击 Plugins，搜索 Composio 并点击 Add。Composio 是连接 Google Drive 的桥梁。返回聊天窗口，发送消息：Connect to my Google Drive。按提示完成登录授权。

5. 测试连接

   在聊天中发送：List the folders in SecondBrain。确认 Bot 能正确列出 Inbox、Sources、Projects、Memory、Rules 五个文件夹。若列表正确，说明连接成功。

6. 设置每日 Routine

   测试成功后，让 Bot 创建一个 Routine：每个工作日早上自动处理 Inbox（process Inbox）。即让 Bot 读取 Inbox 内容，按规则生成 Sources 笔记、更新 Projects、将原文件移入 Inbox/done，并发送简短汇总。

7. 可选：本地同步到 Obsidian

   如果电脑安装了 Google Drive 客户端并同步 SecondBrain 文件夹，可以用 Obsidian 打开该本地文件夹作为仓库。Bot 不依赖 Obsidian，此步骤仅方便本地浏览。

无提示词，按步骤操作即可。
