1. 粘贴账单并运行提示词

   打开 Claude（或支持长文本的 AI 对话工具），将提示词完整粘贴进对话。把「My money for last month:」后的占位符替换为你的实际账单文本（可从银行 App 或邮件复制），将「What I earn per month:」后的 [AMOUNT] 替换为你的月收入数字。发送后，AI 会先逐条询问它无法确认的项目，请逐一回复。
