Steps

  1. Prepare environment and accounts

    Ensure you have an n8n.cloud or self-hosted n8n instance. Create a Telegram Bot via @BotFather and obtain the token. Have Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets accounts ready. MCP tools are optional; if used, prepare Daex AI Cloud or equivalent.

  2. Authorize account connections

    Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets credentials in n8n under Credentials. Enter your Bot Token in the Telegram Trigger node to complete authorization.

  3. Configure the contact spreadsheet

    Create a Google Sheet titled Contact Data with columns: Name, Email, Company, Role. In the n8n Google Sheets node (contact data), enter the correct documentId and gid so the AI Agent can query contact information.

  4. Connect MCP tools (optional)

    If using MCP tools (e.g., Daex MCP), input the SSE path and trigger ID in the MCP Client Tool and MCP Server Trigger nodes. This step is optional; core functions work without it.

  5. Safety tip: human confirmation before action

  6. Deploy and enable the Telegram Bot

The AI Agent will interpret the command, fetch the contact, and send/draft an email or update the calendar. To customize, edit the system prompt in the AI Agent node to adjust branding, supported commands, or language tone.
