Steps

1. Create a Bot and send the job rules

   In the PC版 Cursor sidebar, click 「+」（New chat） and select 「Create new Bot」. After creation, tap the Bot name at the top of the conversation to open its detail page, and rename it to a clear job title (e.g., "Travel Doc Compiler"). Send the following rules in the conversation so the Bot "remembers" them:

3. Check the "照らし合わせ" cross-reference at the end

   When the Bot finishes, a PDF card appears in the conversation. Do not start reading from page 1; flip to the last page first to check the 「照らし合わせ」 cross-reference: verify original page counts, start/end pages in the merged book, and total pages against your expectations; also compare the table of contents start pages for consistency. The author reports receiving results in about 12 minutes.

4. Reply with correction requests

   When issues are found, do not create a new file; reply directly to the Bot's result message (as a Thread) asking it to fix the same file. The author used this step to fix: wide table pagination, missing slide notes, TOC page offset, and dual page numbering. Send the following correction rules:

5. Save to phone for offline reading, then save workflow as a Skill

   Open the PDF card in PC版, save it, and sync to your phone. Enable airplane mode and read offline: start with the TOC and 3-line summaries to grasp the big picture, drill into specific documents as needed, and finish with the "questions to ask" list, adding your own questions directly on the phone.
