1. Create the Bot and its role

   Click New → Create new agent; open the Bot’s menu → Edit Profile and fill in name, title and role description. The author’s first Bot is “情报总监” (intel director). 2. Send the first real task

   Send a task that states five things: the end result, where to look, constraints, delivery format, and when to come back for confirmation. Below is the author’s first task — the article introduces it with “大意是” (“roughly”), so it is a gist, not a verbatim message. After the first delivery, say what was wrong or missing and which format to keep.

3. Save the method as a Skill

   After two successful runs on different topics, send the instruction below. 5. Add a second Bot and hand off

   Create “内容总监” (content director) only once a stable split appears. First test a simple file hand-off (flow below, under /workspace on the shared cloud computer); for a visible hand-off, create a group chat: New → pick 2–6 Bots → name it, and state the shared goal, current owner, order and stopping point in the first message. Use @BotName to pick the next owner; one owner per stage.

6. Set approval boundaries

   Bots on one account share the cloud computer, files and logins — roles do not isolate permissions. In Settings → General → Auto-review, add scoped Require Approval rules for sending email/DMs, publishing, payments/refunds, deleting files, changing permissions or production systems (e.g., approve before any X post). You enter passwords, codes and payment confirmations yourself.
