How it went

The author reported that with the agenda prompt, 「議論が脱線しにくくなる。会議のゴールが明確になる」(discussions are less likely to go off-track; meeting goals become clearer). With the minutes prompt, 「議事録が読みやすくなる。誰が何をするかも一目でわかる」(minutes become easier to read; who does what becomes clear at a glance). These are author-reported outcomes; not tested by this site.

Worth knowing

The original thread claims 10 prompts total covering email, documents, meetings, and task management. Scout only captured the two meeting-related prompts (self-reply 2112106486986092682); remaining entries were not collected. Placeholders [会議テーマ・目的] and [会議メモ] must be replaced with actual content.
