步骤

1. 配置 Notion 招聘页面与 n8n 申请表单

   在 Notion 中复制免费招聘模板，设置职位描述、面试问题、评估标准。在 n8n 中配置 3 个 Form Trigger 节点（Application Form 1/2/3），将表单标题、职位代码与 Notion 中的职位对应。编辑每个「Click to Apply」按钮，指向对应 n8n 表单的生产 URL。配置 Notion 邮件自动化模板：AI 面试邀请邮件需包含 ElevenLabs Conversation Agent 链接；HR 面试邀请邮件需包含 Calendly 排期链接。【首次测试安全】首次测试前，先复制 Notion 模板与 Google Sheet 作测试库、用测试 Drive 文件夹，用自己的测试简历提交表单，确认写入正确后再把「Click to Apply」指向生产 URL。

2. 提取并解析简历

   求职者提交表单后，n8n 触发 Workflow 1。表单中的隐藏字段 job_code 将申请人与职位匹配。PDF 简历上传至 Google Drive 指定文件夹，同时通过 Extract from File 节点提取文本。两个 Information Extractor 节点并行处理：Applicant Personal Data 提取姓名、邮箱、电话、城市；Applicant Qualifications 提取教育背景、工作经历、技能、总年限、最近职位与雇主。

3. 汇总求职者信息并匹配职位描述

   Merge 节点合并个人信息与资格信息。Applicant Summary 节点生成教育、工作、技能的 300 字内摘要。同时，Get Job Description 节点根据 job_code 从 Notion 职位数据库拉取对应职位描述，Job Description Summary 节点将其压缩为 250 字内摘要。

4. AI 评分简历并备份数据

   HR Expert 节点接收职位描述摘要与求职者摘要，由 Gemini 模型评估匹配度，输出 1-10 分的简历分数与评估理由。Structured Output Parser 强制输出 resume_score 与 resume_evaluation 两个字段。随后 Applicant Data Backup 节点将申请者数据追加到 Google Sheets，用于合规报告。

5. 在 Notion ATS 创建申请者记录

   Create Applicant Record 节点在 Notion Applicant Tracker 数据库中新建页面，写入姓名、联系方式、教育、工作、技能、年限、简历分数、AI 评估、职位标题等字段。同时，Resume URL 节点生成 Google Drive 预览链接，Wait 节点延迟后 Get Applicant Record 获取记录，Embed Resume in Notion 将简历嵌入申请者档案。Notion 自动通知招聘经理当简历分数 ≥ 8。

6. 处理 AI 语音面试并回写评估

   招聘经理在 Notion 中拖拽申请者到「AI Interview」阶段，触发 Notion 自动化发送 ElevenLabs 面试链接。面试结束后，ElevenLabs Web Hook 发送 POST 到 n8n Workflow 2。ai_convo_items 节点映射对话数据：评估标准结果、理由、电话号码、姓名、通话时间、对话 ID、完整转录。AI Agent 节点使用 Gemini 分析转录，调用 Notion 工具拉取对应职位的 evaluation_criteria，输出 1-5 分的整体面试评分与 300 字内评估。Filter_Notion_db 通过电话匹配申请者记录，Update_Applicant_Record 写入面试评分与标准结果。Extract_Audio 下载录音（需 xi-api-key），Upload Audio to Drive 保存到 Google Drive，Link Audio in Notion 嵌入音频供经理复核。
