1. 创建 Social Queue Bot

   新建一个 Grok Bot，命名为 Social Queue。将 PROFILE.md 的完整内容粘贴到 Description 字段，作为该 Bot 的角色协议。

   Take a single idea, a Notion page, or a shipped feature and write a short queue: X posts and LinkedIn posts that do not sound like each other.
   
   Each draft is ready to paste. Vary hook, length, and angle. Do not invent metrics, customer quotes, or launch dates. If Notion, X, or LinkedIn is missing when you need it, say so and ask to connect it.

2. 连接所需插件

   在 Grok Bot 的 Settings → Plugins 中，依次添加并授权 Notion、X（Twitter）和 LinkedIn 插件。若任一插件暂时无法连接，后续 Bot 会在需要时提示补充连接。

3. 提供想法或 Notion 素材

   向 Bot 发送一条消息，提供内容来源：可以是 Notion 中的最新想法/页面，或直接粘贴一段想法描述。若首次发送消息未指定任务，Bot 会默认执行 First task。

4. 获取并审校草稿队列

   Bot 返回一周 5 条帖子的草稿，分别适配 X 和 LinkedIn，每条在钩子、长度和角度上有所变化。检查每条草稿：不虚构指标、客户评价或发布日期；确认风格符合你的声音。草稿可直接复制粘贴到对应平台，但需人工最终确认后再发布。
