步骤

1. 明确你的 ICP（理想客户画像）

   在启动前，先精确定义你想吸引的人群。若 ICP 模糊，Grok Bot 会返回大量随机账号。作者建议完成 ICP 练习（7 个问题：你的受众是谁、他们想要什么），但原文未附这 7 问的具体内容，需自行准备。

2. 挑选 5 个种子账号并建立 1st 度列表

   选出 5 个你已有互动的高相关账号（作者举例：Trader XO、Follis、EllioTrades、Koroush AK、Luckshury）。手动查看这些账号的回复区，找出与其互动且最接近你 ICP 的人；再查看他们回复给谁。将筛选出的账号加入 𝕏 Pro 的 Private List。此列表是后续 Grok Bot 工作的核心数据源。

3. 向 Bot 定义「好账号」与「坏账号」标准

   在让 Bot 扩展账号前，先明确告知筛选边界，否则结果质量不可控。标准将在下一步的 Prompt 1 中具体化，包括：好账号需含关键词简介、近期活跃、粉丝与验证状态、互动真实；坏账号包括信号卖家、炫富号、互动农场、品牌/交易所推广号、极端政治或仇恨言论。

4. 用 Grok Bot 扩展 2nd/3rd 度账号列表

   将种子账号、1st 度列表、ICP 与话题填入下方提示词，发送给 Grok Bot。Bot 会遍历 1st 度账号的互动对象（2nd 度），再遍历 2nd 度的互动对象（3rd 度），输出一张按话题匹配度排序的账号表。随后可要求 Bot 将结果加入你的 𝕏 Pro list。

   STEP 1: 2ND DEGREE
   For each account on my 1st degree list, go through who replies to them and who they reply to. Find 5 accounts that match GOOD and none of BAD.
   
   STEP 2: 3RD DEGREE
   Repeat Step 1 for every account you found. Stop there. Never list the same account twice.

   Sort by topic fit. Under the table, describe my ICP in one paragraph based on what the matches have in common.

5. 连续 2 天手动回复以建立训练数据

   在 Bot 能辅助建议前，需要学习你的回复习惯。连续 2 天浏览 𝕏 Pro list，对你自然会回复的帖子进行人工回复。不必过度思考，重点是生成真实数据。建议同时记录「为何回复此账号」或「为何跳过」的原因（展示专业、个性、还是 contrarian 观点），这些思考将帮助 Bot 后续建立 guardrails。

6. 让 Bot 研究你的回复风格并建立 guardrails

   第 3 天起，将下方提示词发给 Grok Bot，让它分析你过去 2 天的回复。Bot 会输出：哪些账号类型/帖子类型/回复风格有效、哪些账号该增删改、以及每日报告的排序规则。建议每天早上运行一次，持续迭代 guardrails。

7. 每日早晚获取回复候选报告

   从第 3 天起，每天早晚用下方提示词让 Bot 扫描你的 𝕏 Pro list，生成当日值得回复的帖子报告。报告按新鲜度优先、话题匹配度次之排序，并附跳过原因。每次专注 10-15 分钟窗口阅读报告、撰写并手动发送回复；晚间再用第二次报告。回复后记得回覆那些回复你的人。
