1. 初始化档案并录入房屋照片

   在 Grok Bot 对话中粘贴主提示词。随后逐张发送房屋相关照片：设备贴纸、配电箱、滤网尺寸、油漆罐、灯泡型号、关键位置、杂物抽屉等。对每张照片，Bot 将提取品牌、型号、序列号、尺寸、日期，归入对应房间文件或 appliances.md。若照片信息模糊，Bot 会提出一个简短澄清问题。提及更换日期时 Bot 会记录；若未知则标注 "unknown - ask on next replacement"。 档案目录为 /workspace/house/，每个房间一个文件，另设 appliances.md、warranties.md、maintenance-log.md。
