Organize Weekly To-Dos in Muse Without External Integrations
Input weekly tasks, fixed schedules, and available hours → Muse generates a priority table → Review and convert to a phone-memo daily format
- Who
- New Muse users who prefer not to connect email or calendars first
- You get
- A weekly to-do table with priority, estimated time, start date, and first-5-minute action, convertible to a one-line-per-day phone memo format
- You need
- Muse
Constraints
Prerequisites: Muse account (basic features are free; confirm your own usage limits). No external service authorization required. Input is plain-text chat. Materials: paper or any memo app.
What they did
Author YAKU_Crypto demonstrated in a note article the second part of a Muse beginner tutorial: without connecting any external services, they used chat to have Muse organize weekly to-dos into a table with priority, estimated time, start date, and first-5-minute action, then converted it into a one-line-per-day format for phone memos.
How it went
The author reports (author_report) that this method suits users who just registered for Muse and want to complete a single weekly task without email or calendar authorization.
Worth knowing
Muse basic features are free, but specific usage limits should be confirmed on your own screen. The source does not state the underlying Muse model version. If Muse proactively suggests external actions (e.g., writing to a calendar), decline execution and keep only the plan. This site has not tested this workflow.
Steps
Prepare three items
List line by line on paper or in a memo app: 1) 3–5 things to finish this week; 2) immovable fixed schedules; 3) available work time slots.
Send the organizing request to Muse
Open the Muse chat field, replace the bracketed placeholders with your actual information, and send.
Execution prompt · Source text。Muse chat input; replace [3~5件], [予定], and [時間帯] with your actual items before sending
Review and correct the table
Check Muse’s returned table for three things: order—are near-deadline items first; time—do they fit within available hours; action—is the first 5 minutes clear (e.g., ‘search,’ ‘book’). If anything is off, ask Muse for specific corrections.
Export to a phone-memo format
Ask Muse to convert the result into a short one-line-per-day format, then copy and paste it into your phone memo. If Muse suggests external actions (e.g., registering a schedule, sending email), reply with ‘give me the plan only, do not execute.’ No calendar connection needed.
Prompt you can copy
