Steps

1. Open your head Bot

   Go to the single Grok Bot you normally use to delegate tasks. Do not start parallel new sessions—the dashboard is maintained by this head Bot, and you will retrieve it later from this Bot’s Library.

2. Send the prompt to generate the dashboard

   Paste the full prompt below into the chat with your head Bot, replacing all bracketed example placeholders with your real data. The Bot will generate a wide Page dashboard based on this structure.

3. Review and fix

   After generation, a Page card appears in chat—click to open, or find it via the Bot name → Library tab. Verify: 1) you can switch between the three views; 2) the approval-blocklist is visible on the first screen of the Today view; 3) names in the Checklist and role table are yours, not leftover examples. If anything is wrong, reply in the same Bot thread: “Change to my facts, remove example names.” Let it edit the same Page; do not start a new session.
