Constraints
The source uses Claude Cowork. Supply scorecards, the role competency rubric and interview plan. Plugins and connectors are optional; a local working folder is sufficient to start. Do not request hire/no-hire recommendations. Scheduling and sharing are optional follow-up steps.
What they did
Claude Academy provides a tutorial that combines scorecards, the role rubric and interview plan in a Cowork working folder, produces a brief, and optionally turns it into a scheduled, shared skill. This is an official tutorial, not an observed company deployment.
How it went
The tutorial illustrates expected outputs and reuse. It does not provide a UKnowHow execution record or verified time-saving measurements.
Worth knowing
Include the rubric and interview plan to assess competency coverage. The plugin is optional and hiring decisions remain with humans.
Steps
Prepare Cowork and the optional plugin
Use Claude Cowork. The Human Resources plugin includes /recruiting-pipeline. Skip it if your admin has not made it available; the basic task does not require the plugin.
Connect tools or prepare local files
For system access, open Customize → Connectors in Cowork and configure Google Drive, Slack or Microsoft 365 with permissions you control. Alternatively, place the scorecard export or pasted feedback, role competency rubric and interview plan in one local working folder and point Cowork at it. Cowork reads from and writes the brief to that folder. For regular use, create a Cowork project from the role folder.
Generate the brief in Cowork chat
Select the working folder and paste the source prompt below into the Cowork chat bar, not project system instructions. The brief should cover agreement, splits, strong versus anecdotal signals, uncovered competencies and three unresolved questions. The human panel makes hiring decisions.

Synthesize the interviewer scorecards into the debrief brief: where the panel converged, where they split, which signals are strong versus anecdotal, which competencies weren't covered, and the three questions to resolve in the debrief. Do not recommend hire or no-hire; that decision belongs to the panel.
Improve the draft
Add an example brief to the working folder to match its structure and voice, or ask Claude to flag uncertainty. Editorial check: compare the brief with the scorecards, rubric and interview plan; correct omissions and misattributions before reuse.
Create or update the skill
After drafting, send the source prompt below in the conversation to create a skill or update /recruiting-pipeline with feedback.

Make what we've done in this task so far into a skill, or edit the /recruiting-pipeline skill with my feedback.
Optionally schedule repeat runs
Type /schedule or open Scheduled in the Cowork sidebar. The source example runs weekdays at 9am, checks for complete scorecard sets and writes each brief to the role debrief folder. Editorial note: replace <role> with your folder and confirm timing and permissions first.

/schedule Weekdays at 9am. Check the hiring folder for candidates with all scorecards in, run /recruiting-pipeline on each, and write the brief to Hiring/<role>/debrief.
Optionally share the skill
Open Skills → /recruiting-pipeline → Share in Cowork and select hiring managers and recruiters, or the workspace if your admin allows it. Share the skill with its rubric and guardrails. Editorial check: verify recipients and access to the materials before sharing.
