Who
Content operators, social media managers, or automation builders who need to syndicate image and short-form video posts across multiple platforms
You get
Send one description to a Telegram bot and receive tailored copy for 7 platforms plus AI-generated square image and 9:16 vertical video, then auto-publish after Telegram approval
You need
n8n · telegram · atlascloud · blotato

Constraints

Prerequisites: n8n instance (self-hosted or n8n Cloud, community nodes enabled); Telegram Bot Token (via @BotFather); OpenAI API key; AtlasCloud API key (HTTP Header Auth: Bearer); Blotato account with 7 social accounts connected; Facebook Page ID if publishing to Facebook. Costs: AtlasCloud image ≈$0.01/image, Seedance 2.0 video ≈$0.24/second at 720p. Boundaries: Approval is Telegram-only; declining regenerates only that media with the same prompt without affecting the other; Blotato is a community node and must be installed manually.

What they did

Author drfiras published a 36-node workflow template on the n8n official template gallery. A user sends a post description to a Telegram bot; the workflow uses GPT-4o mini to generate platform-specific copy for 7 social networks plus English image and video prompts, then calls AtlasCloud to generate a square image (GPT Image 2) and a 5-second vertical video (Seedance 2.0) in parallel. After Telegram approval, it publishes the image to X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Threads, and the video to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts via Blotato.

How it went

The source reports the template enables a single Telegram message to trigger the full pipeline, with automatic multi-platform publishing after approval (author_report). Generation costs are approximately $0.01 per image and $0.24 per second of video at 720p. Declining a media item regenerates only that item without affecting the other.

Worth knowing

1. This site has not executed the workflow (reproduction=not_tested); verify API availability and pricing before building. 2. Blotato is a community node and must be manually installed/enabled in n8n; self-hosted instances need community node support enabled. 3. The template defaults output_language to French and brand_name to Your brand; update these in the Configuration node. 4. AtlasCloud HTTP nodes use HTTP Header Auth (Authorization: Bearer <API_KEY>), not a standard OpenAI credential. 5. To add or remove platforms, duplicate or delete Blotato nodes and update the Merge node input count accordingly. 6. Increasing video duration raises AtlasCloud costs linearly. 7. The source does not provide real-account publish success rates or platform rate-limit data.

n8n workflow template

Structure checked · Not run-tested

Use “Import from File” in n8n, or copy the JSON and paste it into the editor. Connect your own accounts, then try test data. The template is inactive by default.

Setup and test checklist

Credentials to connect

  • Replace __UKH_SECRET_30__ with your real secret/token (path /nodes/30/parameters/content; possible secret).

Configuration to replace

  • Source template is n8n public workflow #16905 (~36 nodes). Keep inactive after import; verify triggers, expressions and external API endpoints.
  • Sticky-note guidance is informational; replace placeholders with your own accounts, sheet schemas or channel IDs.

Test input and expected output

  • Manually run the main path once in a test workspace and confirm credentialed nodes authenticate without errors.
  • Drive one synthetic/redacted sample through and check output fields and downstream writes before enabling in production.

Template changes

  • Author credential bindings, webhookId and execution data are removed; the workflow is inactive. Nodes, connections and original prompts are preserved. Not run-tested in n8n.
  • No business-logic edits; verify keys, quotas and privacy compliance before use. 1 literal secret value(s) replaced with __UKH_…__ placeholders.

Steps

  1. Trigger: Receive post description from Telegram

Configure a Telegram Trigger node in n8n to listen for message updates. The user sends any text message to the bot, which becomes the input description for generation. You must create a bot via @BotFather, add the token as a Telegram credential in n8n, and the user must start a chat with the bot first.

  2. Configure and generate: Set variables and let GPT-4o mini output a multi-platform content package

    The Configuration node reads the Telegram message and sets variables: post_description, telegram_chat_id, image_model, image_size, image_quality, video_model, video_duration, video_aspect_ratio, video_resolution, output_language, brand_name. Then the AI Agent node (GPT-4o mini) receives the user message and system prompt, and uses a Structured Output Parser to enforce a 10-field JSON: x_post, linkedin_post, facebook_post, threads_post, instagram_caption, tiktok_caption, youtube_title, youtube_description, image_prompt, video_prompt.

Execution prompt · Source text。Generate platform posts node User Message field (n8n AI Agent text parameter)

=Create the social media content package for this post description:

    {{ $('Configuration').item.json.post_description }}

    Brand: {{ $('Configuration').item.json.brand_name }}
    Output language for all posts and captions: {{ $('Configuration').item.json.output_language }}
(The image_prompt and video_prompt must always be written in English.)

Execution prompt · Source text。Generate platform posts node System Message field (options.systemMessage)

You are a senior social media content creator. From a single content description, you produce a complete multi-platform content package.

Return ONLY the structured output. Rules per field:

    - x_post: max 280 characters, punchy hook, 2-3 hashtags, no links unless provided.
    - linkedin_post: professional and insightful, 4-8 short paragraphs with line breaks, one strong idea, 3-5 hashtags at the end, clear CTA.
    - facebook_post: friendly and conversational, 2-4 sentences, 2-3 hashtags, engagement CTA (like/comment/share).
    - threads_post: casual and conversational, max 500 characters, 1-2 hashtags.
    - instagram_caption: engaging caption for a Reel, 2-3 sentences with emojis, strong first line hook, 5-8 hashtags at the end.
    - tiktok_caption: short punchy caption for a TikTok video, with emojis, 3-5 trending hashtags.
    - youtube_title: catchy YouTube Shorts title, max 90 characters, no clickbait lies.
    - youtube_description: 2-3 sentences describing the Short, 3-5 hashtags.
    - image_prompt: detailed English prompt for a text-to-image model (GPT Image 2). Describe subject, composition, style, lighting, colors. Square format. Avoid any text or lettering in the image.
    - video_prompt: detailed English prompt for a text-to-video model (Seedance 2.0) generating a 5-second VERTICAL 9:16 short video with native audio. Describe the scene, camera movement, motion, mood, and sound/audio cues. One single continuous shot, dynamic and eye-catching for Reels/TikTok/Shorts.
  3. Generate image: AtlasCloud GPT Image 2 with polling until ready

Use an HTTP Request node to POST to https://api.atlascloud.ai/api/v1/model/generateImage with body fields: model (default openai/gpt-image-2/text-to-image), prompt (from previous step image_prompt), size (default 1024x1024), quality (default high). Authentication is HTTP Header Auth (Bearer token). Then a Wait node pauses 10 seconds, followed by another HTTP Request polling /api/v1/model/prediction/{id} until status is completed or succeeded.

  4. Approve image: Telegram preview and auto-regeneration

When the image is ready, a Telegram node sends it via sendPhoto with a caption preview. Then sendAndWait presents an approval message with Approve/Decline buttons. If declined, the flow returns to step 3 to regenerate the image with the same prompt; if approved, proceed to step 7 for publishing.

  5. Generate video: AtlasCloud Seedance 2.0 with polling until ready

In parallel to the image branch, an HTTP Request node POSTs to https://api.atlascloud.ai/api/v1/model/generateVideo with body fields: model (default bytedance/seedance-2.0/text-to-video), prompt (video_prompt), duration (default 5), aspect_ratio (9:16), resolution (720p). Wait 30 seconds, then poll the prediction endpoint until status is completed/succeeded.

  6. Approve video: Telegram preview and auto-regeneration

When the video is ready, a Telegram node sends it via sendVideo with an Instagram caption preview. sendAndWait requests approval. Declining returns to step 5 to regenerate; approving proceeds to step 8 for publishing.

  7. Publish image: Push to X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads via Blotato

After image approval, 4 parallel Blotato nodes publish to X (twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and Threads. Each node selects its accountId (Facebook also needs facebookPageId), sets postContentText from the corresponding platform copy, and postContentMediaUrls from the image URL. The 4 outputs merge into a Merge node, then a Telegram notification confirms image publication.

  8. Publish video: Push to Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts via Blotato

After video approval, 3 parallel Blotato nodes publish to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. The TikTok node sets postCreateTiktokOptionIsAiGenerated=true; the YouTube Shorts node sets postCreateYoutubeOptionContainsSyntheticMedia=true plus title and description. The 3 outputs merge into a Merge node, then a Telegram notification confirms video publication.
