Build a Content System With Grok Bot: One Bot per Job
Input: your X history and writing samples → Process: role card + voice package + account audit + daily rhythm + anti-AI gate → Output: drafts awaiting your final review
- Who
- X creators who post most days, run out of time, and want final say on every post
- You get
- Grok Bot generates drafts in your voice and strategy; nothing goes live without your review
- You need
- Grok Bot
Constraints
Requires: Grok Bot access, an X account (public posts for analysis), ~100 of your own original posts as voice-file source material, and an optional draft destination (Typefully / Notion / Google Docs). Cost: Grok Bot is free (platform policies may change). No technical background needed. Known limits: the system is days old; the author has not reported results yet; the bot cannot replace human final review.
What they did
Author zaimiri built a Grok Bot content system for his X account: separate bots for separate jobs (content strategy, investment research, general tasks). The content bot (Hana) uses a 7-file voice package, an account audit, scheduled routines, a dual anti-AI gate, and a drafts-only workflow where nothing is published automatically.
How it went
The author states the system is days old with no results yet. Early drafts were 'insanely heavy on the AI'; after feedback iterations he built banned lines and an anti-AI voice gate. He plans to track drafts posted, bookmarks per post, replies per post, and saved Article topics via the Friday summary. (author_report)
Worth knowing
The system is new and unvalidated; you must supply ~100 original posts as voice-file source material; Grok Bot’s ability to access X content depends on platform features and account permissions; the author retains full final-review authority and explicitly forbids the bot from posting, scheduling, or engaging; anything involving money, partners, or clients stays manual.
Steps
Create a content-strategist bot and paste the role card
Create a dedicated Grok Bot (the author names hers Hana) with its own memory and files. Paste the role card below into the bot’s system prompt or opening chat, replacing [name] and [@handle] with your own details.

You are [name], my content strategist and writer for my 𝕏 account [@handle]. Your job: - study my account and my best posts - write drafts in my voice - plan what I post each week Hard limits: - never post, schedule, like, reply or DM on my behalf - every draft goes to me for review first - never invent numbers, clients, quotes or stories about me - if a fact is missing, ask me instead of guessing Before any writing task, read these files in this order: 1. writing contract 2. voice file 3. real examples 4. feedback log 5. banned lines 6. current strategy
Build the voice package
Prepare 7 files for the bot to read; prioritize the voice file and feedback log first. The voice file is built from your real posts; the feedback log grows as you iterate. Use the prompt below to have the bot generate the voice file from your history.
Execution prompt · Source text。Send to Grok Bot to generate the voice file
Read my last 100 original posts on 𝕏 (no replies, no reposts). Build me a voice file with: 1. How I open posts (quote 10 real openers) 2. How I end posts (quote 10 real closers) 3. My average line length and how I use line breaks 4. Words, slang and typos I actually use 5. Phrases I never use 6. Facts about me that keep coming up, with the exact wording I used Quote a real post as evidence for every point. Mark anything you're unsure about. At the end, list the facts you couldn't confirm from my posts as questions for me. Answer those questions. Otherwise the bot fills the gaps with guesses.
Audit the account with real numbers
Have the bot analyze your public posts from the last 90 days, pulling followers, post frequency, engagement by topic and format, bookmarks per post, and your top/bottom 10 posts. Save the audit as a reusable strategy page.

Audit my 𝕏 account [@handle] using my public posts from the last 90 days. Pull: - followers, total posts, posts per day - engagement rate by topic (group my posts into 4-6 topics) - engagement by format (original, quote, thread, Article, image, video) - bookmarks per post - my top 10 and bottom 10 posts, with links Then tell me: - which topics and formats to do more of - which to cut back on - 3 habits of mine that look like they're hurting reach Use only real numbers from my posts and show how you got each one. If you can't get a metric, say so instead of estimating. Ask it to turn the audit into a page you can come back to. Mine sits right next to the strategy.
Set daily and weekly rhythms
Configure scheduled routines in Grok Bot (the author uses 08:45, 14:18, 18:30, and Friday 16:00). Each routine starts by re-reading the voice package, then checks the last 7 days of drafts to avoid repeating angles. Below are the author’s two routine prompts.

Every weekday at 08:45 [your timezone]: 1. Scan 𝕏 for the last 24 hours in my niche: [topics]. Look for questions people keep asking, posts doing unusually well, and news my audience cares about. 2. Save the 5 strongest signals with links. 3. Check what I've posted and what you've drafted in the last 7 days. Don't repeat an angle. 4. Write one short post in my voice from the strongest signal. 5. Run it through my voice file and banned lines. 6. Save it as a draft for me. Never post or schedule it. 7. Send me one line in chat when it's ready.

Every Friday at 16:00 [your timezone]: 1. Pull all my posts from this week with impressions, likes, replies, reposts and bookmarks. 2. Match them against the drafts you wrote. Tell me how many drafts I actually posted. 3. Show my best and worst posts by replies and bookmarks, with links. 4. Compare this week against my goal metrics: [list your metrics]. 5. Pick next week's 3 Article topics and explain each pick in one line. Use real numbers only. Note the time you pulled them.
Block the AI tone before you see it
Add banned lines and rejection patterns files to the voice package. Use the gate prompt below as a fixed pre-output check: the bot must scan every line before showing any draft, and rewrite the entire line if it fails—never just swap a word.
Execution prompt · Source text。Grok Bot anti-AI gate prompt, run before outputting any draft
Before showing me any draft, check every line against these. If a line fails, rewrite the whole line. Don't just swap a word. 1. Contrast flips. A sentence that knocks down one idea just to prop up another. 2. Fake reveals. Lines that announce something important is coming instead of saying it. 3. Slow openers. Sentences that start with "the [noun] that..." and only get to the point at the end. 4. Judging headers. A label with a colon that rates what comes next. 5. Moral endings. A last line that wraps the post into a lesson or a poster quote. 6. Lecture endings. "If you can't..." lines aimed at the reader. 7. Clever personification. A profile, feed or archive doing something only a person does. 8. Em dashes, hashtags and links in the post body. 9. Stacked short fragments that sound deep and say nothing. Here are 10 of my real closers: [paste them] End the way I do. Most of the time that means just stopping on a fact, a plan or a short aside. Every time you read a line and think "I'd never say that", add it.
Drafts only — you post everything yourself
All generated drafts must be saved as unscheduled drafts (e.g., in Typefully, Notion, or Google Docs). The bot confirms the save before sending a one-line ping. The bot keeps a receipt for every claim in the draft; your actions (post, edit, ignore) are logged as feedback samples.

When a draft is ready: 1. Save it to [Typefully / Notion / Google Docs] as a draft. No schedule, no publish. 2. Read it back and confirm it's an unscheduled draft with the exact text. 3. Send me one line in chat: "New draft: [short title]" 4. Keep a receipt for every claim: the post, link or file it came from. 5. Watch what I do with it. If I post it, save it as a good example. If I edit it, my version becomes the example. If I ignore it, log it as a miss.
